We have an opening for a Customer Service / Tech Rep. The position includes training clients to use our web-based software and assisting clients with technical issues.
Applicants must be web, email, and computer proficient and don’t mind spending a lot of time on the computer and on phone calls. You are methodical, precise and enjoy following procedures, but you also love to think of ways to improve your environment.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Acting as the first point of contact for incoming requests from clients
Effectively prioritizing phone calls, voicemails, and emails
Assessing client needs to provide problem resolutions and escalating tickets by working cross-functionally with other departments
Demonstrating total command over the technical capabilities of our products by troubleshooting and resolving client issues in a timely manner
Become highly proficient working on multiple support platforms
