What that kind of consistency means to you as a customer is that when you call in for support the person you talk to is probably the person you spoke with last time and will know exactly who you are and how to advance your request for service. In order to remain competitive we know we have to stay up with the bigger houses in terms of products but when it comes to proven reliability, and direct, personalized support we think they are scrambling to catch up with us.
