I hope you all have had a great week and are going to get to spend some time with your loved ones this weekend….. How many of you are planning on trying to mix in a little work and a little downtime both?

I wanted to take a second to let you know about a very cool product we have that many people don’t realize is a possibility. Now this only applies if you are one of the Realogy brands, so for the rest of you, you can jump off now and go enjoy your day. But if you are one of the Realogy brands – Better Homes and Gardens ® CENTURY 21®, Coldwell Banker ® , etc – then this might make your weekend a LOT better.

If you are a Realogy brand, you have to enter all your listings twice – once for your MLS, and once in DASH, the Realogy interface. This doubles your data entry time, and also doubles your statistical probability for errors (actually it likely increases that even more than 2x, because checking the accuracy of a listing in two places is ever more prone to errors than checking it in one place….. but I digress).

So the good news for you is, we have a Dual Listing Uploader tool that we developed a few years back, actually working directly with Realogy to create it! And it’s nifty – once you sign up with us and everything gets set up (which does take a few weeks due to back and forth with Realogy and their team), you only have to enter your listings in your MLS. That’s right – JUST in your MLS. Our tool then grabs those listings, and sends them into the Reaolgy system, several times a day.

There are a few other companies out there that do this too, but our platform has a key difference – we actually take the time to custom-map your MLS to the DASH feed. At times, there’s a field in your MLS that doesn’t correlate with the DASH options – and that could mean your listings don’t present as well – say Parquet Flooring is an option in your MLS, and in DASH only Wood Flooring available – well, our team of experts evaluates each field that doesn’t have a perfect correlation and they custom map your data – so that instead of an ugly “N/A” under flooring type for your lovely home with custom parquet floors, they’ll be much better positioned with Wood Floors delineated.
