Featured Listings Slideshow

Client Capture
Requires your online customers to sign in with their name and email to access the Property Search. When they do you will receive an email every time somebody does a search on your site, and lets you know who they are, and what they searched for, so you can follow up with them. This is an optional feature and can be turned on or off.
Our "Agent / Office Branding"
Put your agent photo, company name and logo, and phone # and email on every listing in the MLS, to contact for more information on the listing, regardless of who the listing agent or office is. The listing agent and company are given credit at the bottom of the property detail page in accordance with your MLS rules.

Having Cevado Technologies IDX Service gives your site true SELLING POTENTIAL. Without IDX, you are limited to the number of listings you have on your site. Visitors only have the option of viewing what you've made available; if they don't find what they want, they have only one option – "Leave and find it on someone else's site."
With Cevado Technologies IDX Service, your featured listings (your personal listings) will automatically update daily. All other IDX/MLS information will update daily as well.
